Thyme is hiring ambitious Talent Associates to help us identify and engage exceptional people across AI, robotics, quantitative engineering and other emerging technology markets.
You don’t need previous recruitment experience. We’re looking for intelligent, curious and commercially minded people who want to develop a valuable skillset, earn well and build a genuine career.
You’ll start by learning the talent side of recruitment: understanding complex roles, mapping specialist markets, approaching candidates and managing them throughout the hiring process.
Once you’ve built a strong foundation, you can choose the career path that suits you.
Become a specialist in candidate sourcing, market mapping and delivery.
Progression:
Talent Associate → Senior Talent Consultant → Talent Lead → Head of Talent
This route is suited to people who enjoy research, candidate relationships, quality delivery and eventually developing others.
Move into client development, account growth and running your own recruitment market.
Progression:
Talent Associate → Growth Consultant → Senior Growth Consultant → Growth Lead → Head of Growth
This route offers commission of up to 25%, leadership opportunities and the ability to build a valuable area of the business.
You’ll receive a £30,000 starting salary plus uncapped commission from the beginning.
As you progress, your salary, commission percentage and responsibility increase. High performers can build towards £50,000+ earnings, with significantly greater earning potential as they develop into client-facing and leadership roles.
