We are currently looking for three distinct profiles to join our remote-first, deep-tech mission. We need 360 Executive Consultants who act as mini-CEOs, owning high-level BD and scaling founder-led relationships within the AI and Robotics sectors. Supporting them, we are hiring 180 Delivery Consultants, who can map complex markets and maintain a relentless pace of weekly interviews.
Finally, to anchor our scale, we are seeking a Talent & Performance Manager to hire and coach our next cohort, running the workshops that turn raw ambition into £300k billing reality. Whether you are building the business, the talent pool, or the team itself, you will be treated like an adult with up to 25% commission, full autonomy, and a genuine stake in creating the most efficient recruitment agency on the planet.
